what does a woman look like ......

This ad by Always at first made me so angry, not only did I believe i was so judge mental but was going against the fight for female equality. As I continued to watch though even over the rage I was building more and more, it became to deminish as they fought for feminism toward the end. Always used a wonderful technique with these women and girls to not only tech them but the people watching this ad. When the producers decided to target women on how they believe women look while doing physical activities to everyone they uses a pathos and ethos. As they asked each one of the girls or women questions they said "What do you think a woman looks like...." then they would say and activity. Automatically by saying that it is using language that no one should ever use. Not only does it put down women but it also makes them very vulnerable. By doing this forces the woman in my opinion to personally brand themselves and how they look in all reality its not. But as time went on wh...

Looking for a Bed

I believe this picture speaks for its self. Feeling like this can be confusing but not understanding why Makes you feel crazy. Not understanding what got you in this pediment or what you got here. Trying to find your escape is key though. It might not be today, or tomorrow but as long as you find it before anything happens that is all that matters. Try to wake up in the mornings with a check list of things you are going to accomplish, try to set goals or rewards for after you finish each accomplishment that way you are happy and looking forward to it. Than once you are done with everything, than you can go to bed.

The things above are excuses, these excuses are things that I need to stop using. They are things that all of us say at least once a day weather or not its for class, work, or even working out. When it rains out all I want to do is lay down in bed. Lately this is all that I've wanted to do. Do you struggle with this? posting stuff to help motivate you around your room or even on your phone can help you get going in the morning if not during the day. Specially, after work is when its the worse. But telling yourself to lets go will help you more and more to motivate yourself to get out of that funk.

I was looking on the internet when I ran across this that said, " Motivation  is literally the desire to do things. It's the difference between waking up before dawn to pound the pavement and lazing around the house all day. It's the crucial element in setting and attaining goals—and research shows you can influence your own levels of motivation and  self-control . So figure out what you want, power through the pain period, and start being who you want to be." To me this really got to me because it truly made me think. What does motivate me? When I get up in the morning I'm either thinking "man, why am i up?" or "Time to go to work" Its never being excited to get stuff done. I believe mine would be success on achieving things threw out the day, or even being able to make it to the gym. Maybe it's because I'm so exhausted when I wake or maybe it's just how I've been thinking. But hopefully next week I'll be able to figure out...

Tips for motivation

Above there is a video that gives a couple tips to help began the process to becoming motivated.  #1 Limiting your choices #2 Having a digital and a physical calendar #3 Braking down your goals into smaller ones In the video she only mentions three goals but I believe she should have added one more which should be routine. The reason for this is because the three tips resolve around the forth one I had made up which is once again routine. Limiting your choices not only makes your day easier but it also helps your day stay less stressed. having a two different types of calendars doesn't only help you know whats going on but also helps you right down things you need to accomplish throughout the day. By breaking up big goals you may have helps make you feel like your once again accomplishing much more so this helps you stay motivated. Also chose a spot when it comes to studying that helps you stay focused whether or not you like a quiet area or a louder area, anywhere your able...
