Tips for motivation


Above there is a video that gives a couple tips to help began the process to becoming motivated.
 #1 Limiting your choices
#2 Having a digital and a physical calendar
#3 Braking down your goals into smaller ones
In the video she only mentions three goals but I believe she should have added one more which should be routine. The reason for this is because the three tips resolve around the forth one I had made up which is once again routine.

Limiting your choices not only makes your day easier but it also helps your day stay less stressed. having a two different types of calendars doesn't only help you know whats going on but also helps you right down things you need to accomplish throughout the day. By breaking up big goals you may have helps make you feel like your once again accomplishing much more so this helps you stay motivated. Also chose a spot when it comes to studying that helps you stay focused whether or not you like a quiet area or a louder area, anywhere your able to focus.
